
白菜干鸡脚汤
菜干有润燥滋阴,化痰止咳,清热润肺的功效。至于鸡脚,高胶原蛋白,养颜又护肤。 这汤好喝之余又营养价值高,要常煲多喝唷!
Ingredients
- 1 把 白菜干 (100克)
- 1 个 马来鸡鸡壳
- 4 只 鸡脚
- 6 粒 红枣
- 1 片 鱿鱼干
- 3000 毫升 水
- 1 茶匙 盐 (调至自己喜好)
Instructions
准备功夫:

白菜干冰厨隔夜泡水*,洗净切小段
做法:

煮沸3000毫升水

下全部材料(盐除外),大火煮滚,转中小火,盖好熬煮2个小时

起盖,下盐调味

熄火,上桌

- 菜干要隔夜泡水,方能易煮绵。

Dried Bok Choy Soup with Chicken Feet
This is an absolutely delicious and nourishing soup to cool down your body and calm your mind
Ingredients
- 100 g dried bok choy
- 1 kampong chicken (bones only)
- 4 chicken feet
- 6 red dates
- 1 dried squid
- 3000 ml water
- 1 tsp salt (to your own preference)
Instructions
Preparations:

Soak dried bok choy overnight in the fridge, wash and cut into pieces
Steps:

Bring 3000ml water to boil

Add in all ingredients (except for salt), cover with a lid and boil for 2 hours

Add in salt to season

Turn off the gas, it’s done!
